From crankshaft crack testing and grinding to block re-boring, line boring, cylinder head reconditioning, and conrod reconditioning, we cover all aspects of automotive engineering with expert attention to detail.
We also offer fuel injection services and complete engine assemblies for MAN and Mercedes-Benz vehicles. With dedicated ultrasonic cleaning, acid cleaning, and de-rusting wash bays, we ensure all components are thoroughly cleaned and free from rust or impurities before reassembly, helping engines run cleaner, longer, and more efficiently.
Our Services Provide
To minimize downtime and keep your operations running, MTC offers a range of fully reconditioned exchange units. These allow you to replace worn or damaged engines and sub-assemblies quickly and efficiently. We accept your return core unit and supply a high-quality, reconditioned replacement built to work within and meet OEM standards. Please note: if the returned core is not suitable for reconditioning, additional charges may apply.

Automotive Engineering
MTC Motor Solutions boasts a fully equipped automotive engineering shop. We are capable of machining all engine components of passenger and commercial engines back to OEM specifications with extreme accuracy. We have one dedicated technician in each department ensuring fast turnaround time and that the highest quality standards are met.
Whether you require crankshaft crack testing and grinding or block re-boring, cylinder head reconditioning, line boring, conrod resizing, or Dyna Testing on Merc-Benz and MAN engines and selected Commercial Engines, we do it all under one roof. Ask about our state of the art rust removal technology and ultra-sonic cleaning.
Fuel Injection Services
With state of the art equipment, we are able to successfully repair and overhaul all the latest high pressure diesel injection systems. We have one machine dedicated to Common Rail systems, one to EUI and EUP systems as well as one for older mechanical pumps. We are able to service Bosch, Delphi and Denso brands.
Engine Rebuilding
Through many years of experience and highly skilled staff, we pride ourselves on Merc-Benz and MAN engine rebuilds of the highest quality. Checks and rechecks are preformed during the whole process leaving no margin for error. All our rebuilt engines are then sent for testing in our custom built dyna room where we simulate driving conditions to ensure that our engines are 100% before delivering them to our clients.
Our Skilled staff also do sub-assemblies and long blocks on all makes of passenger and commercial engines
